I am a Specialist Chartered Physiotherapist, highly skilled and experienced in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy and trained by the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute. In addition to my many years of clinical expertise, I combine Masters knowledge in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Sports and Rehabilitation with a passion for exercise and movement. I cater for all ages and a range of pre-existing medical conditions as well as sport-specific strengthening.
Using the latest evidence-based research I can prevent and treat a variety of injuries and medical conditions and ensure that you can exercise safely and effectively regardless of your background.

Exercise safely before, during, and after your pregnancy to help with pelvic and lower back pain, recovery from C-section, tears, Diastasis Recti, pelvic organ prolapse, general conditioning and toning for preparation for motherhood and beyond.
Sport-specific
Get ready for competitions and help improve your stamina, posture, co-ordination and performance. Helps to reduce your injury risk and improve post match recovery.
Women's Health
Pilates can help with overactive bladders and urinary incontinence, post-menopausal osteoporosis, bowel dysfunctions, post-operative gynaecological surgeries such as hysterectomy, laparoscopy, operative hysteroscopy and female related cancers by focusing on strengthening pelvic floor muscles, breathing techniques, joint mobility, flexibility and muscle strengthening and posture correction to improve quality of life and self-esteem.
Men's Health
For men of all ages and ability to prevent or help treat urinary incontinence, overactive bladder (increased urgency and frequency), bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, erectile and sexual dysfunction, recovery following prostatectomy and male cancers.

Joint hypermobility is very common affecting 1 in 5 people in the UK. Learn to correct the movement of individual joints and prevent dislocation, fatigue and chronic pain management, improve co-ordination and balance, and helps with digestive problems & more.
Other related conditions that can cause hypermobility and can benefit from Pilates are Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Marfan syndrome and Osteogenesis imperfecta.
